Our Advanced support is for Residential or Business Customers with many devices. At only 79.95, is a steal! We will support all devices at any time, day or night, and work with you until all Networking/Computer issues are resolved!
Our Enterprise Support package is for Commercial Customers with manny devices. However, If you are a residential customer and want priority service, this package is for you as well. We will make sure you are our primary customer, giving you priority over any customer and resolving your Network/Computer issues in the first call. If your issues can't be resolved in a call, we will go to where you are to resolve your issues with NO additional charges. (Unless parts are needed...)
Our Platinum support is for Business Customers with many devices. We will support all devices at any time, day or night. Platinum Support covers the Entire Network. Computers, Routers, Switches, Printers, Hubs, Phones, WAP's, etc..
Our Platinum Plus support gives you all the features of our Platinum Plan, but also includes Top Tier Priority.
